Financial Performance and Analysis Manager (Traditional Trade)
Responsibilities:
• Managed P&L with GT over 600 M$, ensured effectiveness off all subchannels
• Led team of 3 analytics in BSC
• Supervised monthly closures and compiled forecasts for FY every month
• Was responsible for budgeting and budget execution
• Created activities for ACB and market share growth
• Evaluated and signed contracts, promo and EDLP products starting over 10K$
Achievements:
• Developed and rolled-out procedure for wholesale cases evaluation and sign-off which benefited +420K$ MACO over 6 months.
• Pioneered B2B financial model with progressive bonus system, which delivered +330K$ MACO over first year.
• Finalized transition to on-line platform for contract investment evaluation, which allowed for aggregation of 200 thousand of contracts in a single system.

Demand Planning Manager (NKA)
Responsibilities:
• Was responsible for S&OP/DRM cycles all channels (weekly, monthly, half-year)
• Managed team of 3 analytics + one Team Lead in BSC and 2 analytics in GSC India
• Compiled NKA’s budget at customer-sku-geography level
• Led collaborative forecast program with Magnit/X5/Lenta on Demand side
• Forecasted Sell-out and Sell-in of NKA clients at sku-client-geography level
Achievements:
• Integrated Sell-out to SAP APO (Project cost 100K$).
• Developed and deployed instrument and procedure of forecasting of regular and promo sales for TM, Revenue, Sales and Finance for all NKA clients (forecast accuracy increased by +12.2 p.p. FY 19 vs FY 18).
• Successfully finished 2 realignments with no forecast interruption
• Contributed to development and promotion of 2 BSC and GSC team members to Team Lead positions

Responsibilities:
• Was responsible for S&OP cycle distributors (weekly, monthly)
• Managed team of 3 analytics + one Team Lead in BSC
• Compiled Distributor’s budget at sku-geography level
• Forecasted Sell-in of distributors at sku-geography level
• Executed process of low freshness products elimination
Achievements:
• Developed and deployed procedure that ensures successful subsidies closure (50 M$ yearly profit after tax).
• Transformed critical freshness process and reduced waste by 38% in Y18 vs Y17.
• Developed Power BI dashboard for FA deviation analysis on any required level and successfully transferred process to GSC India

Responsibilities:
• Compiled sales forecast for demand team on a weekly basis with 10 weeks horizon.
• Planned promo, in-outs, negotiated terms with marketing and procurement departments of Magnit
• Ensured stock availability on distributors side and correctness of monthly closure
• Was responsible for end-of-month closure documentation
• Developed KPIs for field sales team and monitored them
• Developed relationship with KA Megamart, led yearly negotiations
Achievements:
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt- MS Growth in Magnit in Moscow Region: Total benefit +265К$ which happened thanks to identification of POCs with high sales of premium segment, increase of share of that segment in POCs, increase of cold stock, and replacement of premium stock to most eye-catching space on shelves.
• Growth of cold stock share in Magnit: +10% cold stock share +650 cold shelves with zero investment
• Мegamart: Returned all assortment and coolers back to POCs after 60% of assortment was delisted and 40% of coolers were disassembled. Gained additional investment into NY promo from Category Manager. Integrated ABI and Efes contracts with growth of drivers and no contractual investment growth.
